2018 Range Rover Sport to Receive Major Updates

Recently, Land Rover reported that the2018 Range Rover Sport will receive a refreshed exterior design and an all-new interior that features the InControl® Touch Pro™ Duo infotainment system. After the introduction of the V6 and V8 gasoline-engine models -- as well as a V6 diesel model -- early next year, Land Rover will deliver a 2019 plug-in hybrid model in summer 2018.

The striking new exterior design features a restyled grille that's embraced by LED headlights and complemented by a more aggressively-designed bumper. Inside, two 10-inch HD touchscreens comprise the InControl® Touch Pro™ Duo infotainment system -- the centerpiece of the interior space. There are also up to 14 power points available to deliver improved in-car connectivity.

The 2019 Range Rover Sport PHEV is the first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle offered by Land Rover, and will combine a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder Ingenium gasoline engine with an electric motor to deliver a combined 398 total available horsepower and 472 pound-feet of torque.
