This is my third Land Rover vehicle, the second purchased from Land Rover Austin. Each purchase the sales person was friendly and professional, and there was no stress or pressure when it came to test driving or discussing the vehicle. At the time of purchase, the sales manager Chris was fantastic. He listened to my wants and we were able to come up with a compromise in terms of price and financing. I would recommend Matt Richard as your sales person without hesitation.

Above and Beyond: I recently had a total loss on my Land Rover-Discovery and was pretty heartbroken. I called Jeff Johnson in sales, who I had recently met while getting my car serviced. Jeff was amazing! He listened to my wants and concerns and made recommendations to fit my needs perfectly! His customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced when buying a car. Jeff is detailed, knowledgeable, compassionate, transparent and just an all-around professional, who went above and beyond during my car buying experience. We purchased a 2013 Preowned Range Rover from Land Rover of Austin in late February. Our experience was outstanding. The sales rep, Jason, especially made us feel like he had a personal interest in making sure we were taken care of, and went above and beyond simply selling us the vehicle. Be cause our Range Rover was pre owned, it was not without a minor problem. The engine light came on within 100 miles of our purchase mileage. There was an EVAP system issue that required the removal of the fuel tank to fix. That was no small task. We did not buy the extended warranty; however, this did not keep Land Rover of Austin from taking care of us at their expense. Their team (Sales-Jason, Service Tech-Robert, Service Consultant and the General Manager) placed great urgency on getting us taken care of and understood that we were waiting on the vehicle so that we could depart to Virginia for a military move. We were take care of as fast and efficiently as was possible. We will be back when the time comes to purchase our next Range Rover.

I have been using Land Rover Austin for over 15 years. I have purchased 5 vehicles from them and they have done all the service work on them. Their Sales and Service staff are outstanding! They have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs on several emergency situations when I needed to get my vehicle fixed without an appointment.
